Makeup for Black and White Photography

Many things need to be considered when doing makeup for Black and White Photography. A Makeup Artist must have a good understanding of the different kinds of photo lighting and the effects they have on the face. Mastering highlighting and shading to sculpt the face using the right balance of light and dark to create the ideal contrast and bring out the most of the subjects features, and also to understand how a color will translates into black and white. To better understand this, Artist must create an entire makeup look, aside from the foundation, using only a Concealer Palette.
